The product collects publicly available data from sources such as the Google Play Store, developer websites, and public WHOIS and RDAP registration records. These sources change without notice and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect at the origin. We filter known privacy proxies and junk values and we record the source of every contact value, but we do not warrant that any contact is current, reachable, or belongs to a particular person.
Email verification results reflect the state of a mailbox at the moment of the check and can change afterwards. A "valid" result improves deliverability odds; it never guarantees delivery or a response.
AI features (review summaries, pain point analysis, outreach hooks) generate drafts that may contain errors, misinterpretations, or biased phrasing. AI output is not fact checked and is not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Review every draft before sending it.
You are the controller of the data you collect and the sender of the messages you send. Before outreach, ensure you have a lawful basis and comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and telecommunications laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, India's DPDP Act, and TRAI regulations). We provide tools and guardrails; compliance decisions remain yours.
The product integrates with third party services (registries, OSINT providers, AI providers, email channels). Their availability, terms, and conduct are outside our control. We are not responsible for third party outages, rate limits, or policy changes.
