Play Store Outreach Intelligence is operated by MyAdsMantra ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we handle when you use the product at app scope, our website, and our support channels, and what rights you have over that information.
Account information. Your work email address, password hash, role (admin or member), and sign in timestamps. Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes and never in readable form.
Workspace data. The research you collect: app listings, developer contacts (email addresses, phone numbers, websites), contact evidence and sources, reviews and review excerpts, outreach lists, campaign drafts, and email send logs. Collected contact values are stored in full fidelity and are never masked or truncated in storage, exports, or backups.
Configuration. API keys and credentials you connect (AI providers, OSINT providers, SMTP or Sendy settings) are kept in a protected server-side configuration store and are excluded from backups and logs.
Billing information. For paid subscriptions we collect your work email, plan, billing cycle, invoice history, and payment status. Payments are handled by our payment provider (including PayPal), which gives us only confirmation and reference data. We never see or store your full card numbers.
Usage data. Job records, error messages, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
Approximate location (marketing website only). On our marketing pages we turn your IP address into an approximate city and country through a privacy respecting geolocation service (ipwho.is, with ipapi.co as fallback) so that on-page notices can show locations near you. The result lives in your browser session only and is not stored by us.
The product collects publicly available information: Google Play Store listings, developer websites those listings link to, public WHOIS and RDAP registration records, and optional third party OSINT services that you connect with your own credentials. We do not purchase stolen data, do not bypass authentication on third party services, and do not collect data from private accounts.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising networks. In particular, the research data you collect in your workspace belongs to your organization: we store it only to provide the service to you, we never sell it, and we never use it to build products for other customers.
If you enable AI features, review text and app context are sent to the AI provider you configured (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini) to produce summaries and outreach suggestions. A privacy mode toggle can redact email addresses and phone numbers from review text before it is sent to the provider. That toggle affects only outbound AI requests and never alters your stored data. AI output may be inaccurate and is provided as drafting assistance, not as verified fact.
Outreach campaigns are sent through channels you connect yourself, such as your own SMTP server or Sendy instance. Recipient content passes to those channels only when a user explicitly confirms a send. Dry run mode is enabled by default and nothing is dispatched automatically.
We share data only with service providers that are necessary to run the product: hosting infrastructure, the payment provider that processes your subscription, the AI providers you enable, the OSINT providers you enable, and the IP geolocation service used by our marketing pages for approximate-locale notices. Each processes data on our instructions or under your direct configuration. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Workspace data is retained for as long as your workspace exists. Database backups retain the same data to support restore operations. API keys are stripped from backups. When a workspace is deleted, we remove production data promptly and backups within the documented 30 day window.
Access is protected by a domain restricted login system with strong password hashing and temporary lockout after repeated failures. Roles separate admin capabilities (settings, deletions, backups) from member access. No system is perfectly secure, and you should treat your workspace credentials with care.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, UK GDPR, and India's DPDP Act), you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights through the app, by email, or on the data deletion page. We respond within statutory timelines.
Data may be processed in countries other than yours, including by the infrastructure and AI providers you enable. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
The product is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date, and where appropriate we will notify workspace admins directly.
